Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to support Level 1/2 IT issues, provisioning and IAM across enterprise environments. You’ll troubleshoot, coordinate escalations and maintain security-compliant configurations while collaborating with specialist teams.

You will document SOPs, contribute to knowledge bases, and help ensure service delivery meets SLA standards through proactive incident management and end-to-end lifecycle oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology required.
• 2+ years experience in corporate IT end-user support, systems administration and technical consulting.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management, IAM, and cloud directory services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Proven ability in complex troubleshooting, deployment and ITIL-aligned service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 assistance for hardware, software, network, and VPN issues.
• Escalate critical matters to higher-level support when needed.
• Administer hardware infrastructure across laptops, workstations, peripherals, and AV tech.
• Manage IAM: user onboarding/offboarding, MFA, licenses, groups and access.
• Monitor Azure AD/Intune cloud security and policy synchronization.
• Perform device provisioning and imaging using Windows Autopilot and Intune.
• Handle incidents and requests lifecycle via ServiceNow.
• Create SOPs and user guidance for system upgrades and security updates.
• Maintain asset lifecycle registers and oversee stock audits.
