Job summary

FutureYou in Sydney is seeking an Internal Recruiter to own high-volume blue-collar recruitment at the Minto location, with an immediate start on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role blends end-to-end sourcing with strong stakeholder partnership in a fast-paced environment, and operates in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong talent pipelining and proactive sourcing.
• Ability to work at pace with competing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, proactive sourcing, candidate screening and offer management.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver recruitment advice and a positive candidate experience.
