Job summary

WorkTrybe in Sydney is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 6-8 week temporary assignment with high-volume recruitment across blue-collar and production roles. You will support the Talent Acquisition team and manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced office environment.

This hands-on role offers an immediate start, the chance to hit the ground running, and an attractive hourly rate of $50-$55 plus Super. The position is based in Redfern and requires hands-on sourcing, screening, and end-to-end

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment.
• Strong experience recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar or production roles.
• Confident sourcing, screening and managing multiple vacancies.
• Fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Experience using recruitment systems and job boards.
• Ability to hit the ground running within a TA team.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates for high-volume operational roles.
• Screening applications and conducting initial candidate interviews.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment or focusing on sourcing.
• Working with TA team and hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Using recruitment systems and job boards to engage candidates.
• Maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
