HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Seven Hills industrial team, supporting clients across Western and South West Sydney in the warehousing, logistics and manufacturing sectors. This fast-paced role involves interviewing candidates, coordinating recruitment activities and keeping the recruitment process moving.

Whether you've worked in recruitment before or come from a busy background in sales, real estate or hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to Seven Hills office and work Monday to Friday.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsabilidades

• Interview candidates by phone and in person.
• Assist with onboarding, VEVO and compliance checks.
• Post job adverts and manage applications.
• Screen resumes and match candidates to roles.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and respond to inquiries.
• Visit client sites across Western and South West Sydney when required.
