atWork Australia is seeking an experienced instructional design professional to join on a 6-month contract to create Community Services learning programs for frontline employment teams across Australia.

This role focuses on designing learning solutions, developing engaging content, and partnering with subject matter experts to build capability while managing multiple projects to time and scope. You will support LMS administration and measure learning impact to improve outcomes.

• Commercially minded; designs learning solutions aligned to business needs.

• Strong project and stakeholder management; ability to influence outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop learning programs across multiple learning modalities.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leaders to translate complex information into practical learning solutions.
• Research and source external learning programs and providers to meet learning needs.
• Manage multiple learning projects, delivering outcomes on time and within scope.
• Monitor learning effectiveness, completion rates and feedback, using insights to improve outcomes.
• Support LMS administration, ensuring compliance and mandatory training requirements are met.
• Facilitate engaging training programs for diverse audiences across Australia.
