You will design learning solutions, develop engaging content, and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to build capability across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant instructional design experience across learning modalities.
• Commercially minded, designing learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
• Analytical and solutions-focused, using data to identify capability gaps.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning programs across multiple modalities.
• Translate complex information into practical learning solutions with subject matter experts.
• Source external learning programs and providers to meet learning needs.
• Manage multiple learning projects, delivering on time and within scope.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Support LMS administration and ensure compliance with mandatory training.
