This role focuses on designing solutions, content development, and collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts to build capability across the business.

• Significant instructional design experience across all learning modalities.
• Commercially minded; designs learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.

• Analytical, data-driven, and solutions-focused to identify capability gaps.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop engaging learning programs across multiple modalities.
• Partner with SMEs and leaders to translate complex information into practical learning solutions.
• Research and source external learning programs to meet needs.
• Manage multiple learning projects, delivering on time and within scope.
• Monitor learning effectiveness, completion rates and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Support LMS administration, ensuring compliance and mandatory training requirements are met.
• Facilitate engaging training programs for diverse audiences across Australia.
