Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced instructional design professional to join on a 6-month contract. You’ll design learning programs for frontline employment services teams across Australia and partner with SMEs to build capability.

This role focuses on creating content, developing engaging solutions, and managing multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes within scope.

Qualifications

• Significant instructional design experience across learning modalities.
• Commercially minded with business-aligned learning solutions.
• Ability to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Analytical and data-driven to identify capability gaps.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning programs across modalities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to translate information into learning.
• Research external learning programs to meet needs.
• Manage multiple learning projects, delivering on time and scope.
• Monitor learning outcomes and use insights to improve.
• Support LMS administration and mandatory training compliance.
• Deliver training to diverse audiences across Australia.
