atWork Australia is seeking a skilled instructional design professional to design and develop learning programs for Community Services. This is a 6-month contract focused on creating learning solutions for frontline employment services teams.

You'll work with internal and external subject matter experts, translating complex information into practical training, while managing multiple projects and ensuring on-time delivery.

Formación

• Significant instructional design experience across all learning modalities.
• Commercially minded—designing learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Analytical and solutions-focused, using data to identify capability gaps.
• Organised and proactive, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Engaging facilitator for virtual and face-to-face learning.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop engaging learning programs across multiple modalities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to translate complex information into practical learning solutions.
• Research and source external learning programs to meet needs.
• Manage multiple learning projects, delivering outcomes on time and within scope.
• Monitor learning effectiveness, completion rates and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Support LMS administration, ensuring compliance and mandatory training.
• Deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences across Australia.
