Blink is hiring for aHybrid Product Support role in Sydney, requiring presence in the Sydney office at least 3 days per week. You will join the Product Support team, focusing on product queries, escalations, and delivering high-quality resolutions for customers and internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, build knowledge resources, and empower users with automation and self-service tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Support Specialist within a software vendor or SaaS
• Ability to write clearly for non-technical audiences
• Strong project management and prioritisation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Blink product expertise and answer complex product questions
• Handle technical support tickets from triage to resolution within SLAs
• Collaborate with Product teams to improve documentation and roadmap
• Deliver internal and external feature enablement sessions
• Identify automation opportunities to improve user experience and self-resolution
