Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-based customer service or sales role.
• Clear, confident spoken and written communication.
• Ability to guide customers through application, payment and enrolment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from people interested in courses and membership.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads only.
• Recommend courses based on career goals.
• Guide customers through application, payment and enrolment.
• Follow up by email and keep records up to date in the CRM.
