Job summary

Singtel is hiring Inbound Customer Service Consultants for a busy Melbourne contact centre. The role is a temporary full‑time position from 30 November 2026 to April 2027, with a hybrid setup: 3 days from home and 2 days in the Melbourne CBD office.

You will handle inbound enquiries, provide accurate information and support colleagues as needed. The role includes comprehensive initial training, ongoing support, a friendly team, and a rotating 8am–8pm roster.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or office‑based environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate multiple systems.
