Job summary

Inghams Enterprises is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our national customer service team from the Somerville facility. The role focuses on driving customer excellence and serves as the conduit between customers and operations, with two days of work-from-home in a hybrid setup.

You will oversee VIC & Tas teams, collaborate across AUS, and drive performance through people management and cross-functional engagement, while maintaining pricing and order data and handling escalations.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a customer service setting.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and data handling skills in MS Office.
• Ability to lead a national team across regions and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the customer service team to deliver excellence.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communications and outcomes.
• Drive daily performance of the customer service team and timely order actioning.
• Maintain customer data including pricing and purchase orders.
• Handle customer escalations and feedback management.
