Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our air imports operations. You will coordinate import air shipments, liaise with airlines and brokers, and ensure timely delivery from start to finish using our in-house system.

You will work closely with a supportive operations team, handle invoicing and documentation, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in air imports operations within freight forwarding.
• Solid knowledge of international trade regulations and forwarding procedures.
• Reliable, organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple shipments concurrently with a proactive approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• National Police Check required.
• Friendly, collaborative team player with willingness to participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import air shipments and manage cargo reporting and compliance.
• Liaise with airlines, agents and customs brokers to resolve queries.
• Ensure timely deliveries and track shipments through to completion.
• Handle invoicing and processing of delivery documentation.
• Use the in-house system to manage shipments and documentation.
• Support office operations with cross-training opportunities.
