Sydney Water is seeking a Business Connect Human Resources Service Advisor to join our HR Service Centre. You will resolve a wide range of HR enquiries across policies, payroll, recruitment and employee relations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will support HR processes, navigate HR systems, and contribute to continuous service improvements. The role is based in a hybrid work environment with clear SLA targets and diverse, staff‑facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to apply a broad range of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strong problem solving and enquiry handling skills to resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail and workload prioritisation.
