Job summary

Sydney Water's Business Connect team seeks a Service Advisor to deliver accurate first-contact resolutions on HR, facilities, procurement and accounting enquiries for staff and external suppliers. You will handle HR policies, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations with a focus on high-quality customer service.

Working within a high-performing centre, you will support HR processes, navigate HR systems, and ensure enquiries meet SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a broad range of HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Strong problem solving and enquiry skills to understand and respond efficiently.
• Well-developed organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail and workload prioritisation.
• Ability to use a range of corporate systems including HR, Tenancy and Finance information systems.
• Adapt to diverse communication channels such as telephone, online chat and email.
• Experience in a contact centre environment is beneficial.
• Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt response to HR enquiries including payroll, policies, recruitment, employee relations and learning and development.
• Deliver quality customer service to staff that meets service standards and targets.
• Assist and support day-to-day HR activities including HR system navigation and processing of HR forms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience during the enquiry process.
• Ensure Service Level Agreement targets are met for handling enquiries.
