Sedgwick is seeking an HR Advisor to support employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand within a global organisation. This role is ideal for an HR professional with at least two years’ experience who wants to expand generalist HR expertise and contribute to key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar HR role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-focused with attention to detail.
• Experience with HR administration and employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and practical HR advice and support to employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage HR enquiries through ServiceNow, ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, changes, performance and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documents in line with policies and legislation.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Partner with managers on policy interpretation and workplace relations issues.
• Contribute to HR projects, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
