Job summary

Hunter Water is seeking an experienced FSM Change & Adoption Lead to drive a major transformation, embed change, and maximise the benefits of a Field Service Management system across its operations.

Reporting to the FSM Manager, you will partner with operational leaders and frontline teams to develop practical communication, training and engagement strategies, translate complex information into actionable guidance, and monitor readiness and adoption to deliver lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in change management, business transformation or organisational capability development.
• Experience supporting technology implementations or enterprise-wide systems change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Experience developing training, communication and user adoption strategies.
• The ability to work effectively across technical and operational environments.
• A collaborative, adaptable approach and a genuine passion for helping people navigate change.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and adoption initiatives across the FSM program and related operational systems.
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders, technical teams and frontline employees.
• Develop and deliver practical communication, training and engagement strategies.
• Identify barriers to change and implement solutions that improve user confidence and system adoption.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, practical guidance for employees.
• Monitor adoption, business readiness and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with business leaders to embed sustainable change and maximise operational efficiencies.
