Job summary

Hunter Water Corporation is seeking an FSM Product Analyst and Continuous Improvement Lead to join the Customer Delivery division in a full-time, ongoing role within the Information, Control and Energy team. You will lead improvements across FSM, PSO and related systems to boost field productivity, information quality and user experience.

Reporting to the Manager FSM, you will translate ideas into clear requirements, map processes, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, and oversee

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, continuous improvement, solution delivery or product management.
• Experience delivering business and technology initiatives from requirements through testing, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Prosci certification and ability to apply the methodology.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation experience.
• Experience with configurable platforms such as FSM, PSO, IFS Cloud, GIS, ERP or asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSM process improvements with stakeholders and measure business benefits.
• Translate business needs into requirements, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate FSM and PSO initiatives through testing and release approval.
• Apply Prosci methodology to process impacts and business readiness.
• Connect operational teams, Digital, vendors and specialists to improve information quality and processes.
