Hunter Water Corporation Limited is seeking a FSM Product Analyst and Continuous Improvement Lead to join the Customer Delivery division on a full-time basis, reporting to the Manager FSM. You will translate ideas into clear requirements and coordinate initiatives across FSM, PSO and related systems to deliver measurable improvements for field and office teams.

Competenze

• Experience in business analysis, continuous improvement, solution delivery or product management, improving processes and operational outcomes.
• Experience delivering initiatives from requirements through testing, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Prosci certification and ability to apply Hunter Water’s Prosci methodology to process improvement and business readiness.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of integrated enterprise systems, using data to identify improvements, measure benefits and inform decisions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, with experience developing requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and business cases.

• Lead FSM process improvements with stakeholders, using Hunter Water’s established methodology and measuring business benefits.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate approved FSM and PSO initiatives, managing scope, priorities, risks and dependencies through testing and release approval.
• Apply Prosci methodology to process impacts and business readiness, partnering with the Change and Adoption Lead on people change.
• Connect operational teams, Digital, vendors and Functional Specialists to improve information quality and integrated processes across related systems.
