Job summary

Hunter Water Corporation is seeking an FSM Functional Specialist to join the Information, Control and Energy team in a full-time, ongoing role. You will configure and support FSM/PSO platforms, improve automation, and help field teams with system usage and data integrity.

You will collaborate with planners, schedulers and operational leaders to optimise scheduling, resource use and user experience, while maintaining data quality and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with FSM/PSO systems and field service platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimise FSM and PSO configurations and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve application, data, and scheduling issues to maintain reliability.
• Provide PSO advice to improve planning, automation and workforce utilisation.
• Coordinate releases, upgrades and testing with governance and reporting.
