Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-person, online and hybrid events for internal stakeholders to support organisational priorities.
• Develop and deliver polished event briefs, video presentation content and communications across channels.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and content requirements.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously with changing priorities and tight timelines.
• Use digital engagement tools to support registration, live audience engagement and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain event resources including run sheets and staff briefs.
• Coordinate communication collateral and stakeholder information to meet engagement needs.
• Update dashboards and reports to inform continuous improvement.
• Develop guidelines and protocols for communication materials ensuring accessibility and standards.
• Collaborate with design, technology and business teams to support seamless service delivery.
