Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver polished event briefs and communications across channels.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to align objectives and content requirements.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Utilise digital tools to support registration, engagement and reporting.
• Prepare run sheets, staff briefs and supporting materials.
• Coordinate collateral and stakeholder information for engagement needs.
• Update dashboards and reports to inform improvements.
• Develop guidelines for compliant, accessible communications.
• Collaborate with communications, design, technology and business teams.
