Job summary

The Department of Customer Service (DCS) in NSW seeks an experienced Event Coordinator to support the Stakeholder Engagement and Events team. You will plan and deliver in-person, hybrid and online events, prepare presentation materials, and manage stakeholder communications to support NSW Government priorities.

You'll work with Swift Digital, Slido, MS Teams, Salesforce and other tools, coordinating multiple events and ensuring clear, polished communications across diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating conferences, briefings or stakeholder events.
• Ability to develop clear, concise event communications for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver in-person, hybrid and online events for internal stakeholders.
• Develop polished event briefs, presentations and communications across channels.
• Liaise with internal teams to align event objectives with business outcomes.
• Update dashboards and reports to improve future events.
