Job summary

West Recruitment is seeking a proactive Scheduling/Dispatch professional to coordinate smart meter installations across NSW. You will schedule field technicians, manage customer appointments, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Your role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced energy sector environment. Hybrid work with occasional on-site coordination is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, Dispatch or Operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Salesforce experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch work to field technicians.
• Manage customer appointments and site access requirements.
• Resolve scheduling issues and high-priority work orders.
• Liaise with customers, technicians, retailers and contractors.
• Arrange customer notifications and consent requirements.
• Monitor technician productivity and job completion.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
