• Problem-Solving: Think on your feet, manage competing priorities and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Team Communication: Be the main point of contact between technicians, the office and management.
• Emergency Coordination: Assist with urgent jobs and after-hours dispatch arrangements.
• Customer Experience: Coordinate warranty appointments and ensure customers are kept informed.

About the Role

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience with ServiceM8 or similar software (advantageous).
