Job summary

Cluey Learning in Sydney CBD is seeking a Learning Advisor with strong phone-based communication to connect with parents seeking tutoring support. Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role.
• Working rights in Australia.
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one.
• Familiarity with NSW school system or education sector (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Call parents who enquired about tutoring and understand their situation.
• Build rapport with stressed or uncertain parents.
• Ask questions to uncover the real drivers of the enquiry.
• Transfer to a Learning Advisor or book a consultation.
• Write clear handover notes for the Learning Advisor.
• Keep CRM accurate and up to date.
• Meet weekly call and booking targets with support from sales/ops teams.
