Job summary

Cluey Learning is seeking a Learning Advisor to engage warm inquiries and guide families toward enrolment in tutoring and academic support across Years 2–12. You will lead discovery calls, understand gaps in student learning, and determine the best path to help the child catch up, keep up, or excel.

You will be measured on conversions and enrolment targets, with a focus on retaining families through a consultative, value-driven conversation.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in B2C phone or direct sales.
• Experience taking payments (card details, deposits, debits) during the call.
• Experience with CRM systems and following proven processes.
• Driven by commissions and earnings targets.
• Coaching or sports background is a plus and transferable to sales discipline.

Responsibilities

• Make ~100 outbound calls daily to warm enquiries.
• Conduct genuine discovery and handle objections without discounting.
• Process payments on the call and convert enquiries to enrolments.
• Aim to hit enrolment targets with daily visibility into numbers.
• Work in a competitive, metrics-driven environment and learn the product deeply.
