Job summary

Streem is hiring for a full-time Customer Support role in Sydney. You will help clients maximize Streem’s real-time media intelligence platform across onboarding, briefs, and reporting, while supporting the Account Management and Operations teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive problem solving and strong communication in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clarity and confidence.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with interest in learning new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email and live chat to navigate the platform.
• Assist with setting up customer briefs and onboarding new clients.
• Support Account Management with data entry, briefs creation/export, and testing features.
• Prepare, review and deliver media insights reports for clients and internal teams.
• Create transcripts and summaries, prepare media brief documentation, download media for clients.
• Maintain databases and quality-check news content; export data for reporting.
• Share customer feedback with Account Management and Operations to improve the platform.
