Job summary

Streem is seeking a media-savvy Account Manager to join our Customer Success team in Sydney. You’ll be the custodian of a shared client portfolio, bridging clients and Streem’s product team to tailor media monitoring solutions and deliver standout experiences.

This role combines client-facing and behind-the-scenes work, with opportunities to influence product enhancements and deliver high-quality reports, transcripts, and summaries for diverse organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering customer success outcomes.
• Ability to tailor media monitoring platforms to client needs.
• Proactive communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up, customise, and manage client accounts including keyword searches.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and training sessions.
• Monitor media landscape to identify events and trends for clients and internal teams.
• Gather feedback and work with Product/Engineering to influence platform enhancements.
• Produce high-quality media intelligence reports, transcripts, and summaries.
