Job summary

Streem is hiring a Customer Support Associate in Surry Hills to deliver frontline support across phone, email and live chat. You’ll collaborate with Account Management and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success, while generating media insights reports for clients.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer support or service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in and understanding of the Australian media landscape.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via Phone, Email and Live Chat to use Streem’s platform.
• Assist Account Management with data entry, brief building and testing new products.
• Create briefs and help deploy Streem product to new customers.
• Produce media insights reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
