Hunter Douglas Australia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our dealer network. You will work with Sales, Operations and Manufacturing to manage enquiries, provide product support and coordinate orders from placement to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management or similar role.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email to dealer network.
• Deliver accurate product information and recommendations.
• Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, warranties, returns and parts.
• Process and monitor customer orders, including urgent, remake, rework and backorder requirements.
• Proactively communicate order status, stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Investigate and resolve freight, delivery and damaged goods issues.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support relationships and growth.
• Prepare and distribute customer reports including status and backorder updates.
• Support communications, product updates and key announcements.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve order holds and concerns promptly.
