Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret data and translate it clearly to customers.
• Proficient across voice, digital, email and face-to-face channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high-quality customer service across voice, digital and email channels.
• Resolve first-contact enquiries and meet customer service targets.
• Identify and escalate more complex enquiries when needed.
• Keep customers updated and informed throughout the resolution process.
• Use CRM and telephony tools to source information quickly and accurately.
