Job summary

City of Moreton Bay in Caboolture is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver positive service experiences through accurate responses to enquiries, issues and applications via the Council's Call Centre, Customer Service Centres and electronic contacts.

Primarily based in Caboolture but rostered to work from our Customer Service Centres at Strathpine and Redcliffe as required to support service delivery, you will handle enquiries, process applications and financial transactions and

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and relationship skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with positive service experiences via the Council's Call Centre, Customer Service Centres and electronic contacts.
• Compile requests for action by Council departments, process applications and complete financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Council and Customer Services policies, practices, procedures and service standards.
• Provide input into the development of departmental procedures and processes, advocating for the customer and supporting continual improvement and efficiency.
• Assist with developing the capability and capacity within the team and contribute to a positive working environment.
