Maxima Recruitment Services is seeking experienced Customer Contact Officers for a well-known local Council in Caloundra, Australia. This is a 12-month assignment commencing mid-November, with shifts Monday to Friday and flexible hours.

The role offers casual hourly pay of $38.05 plus super, with up to 38 hours per week in peak periods. You'll be the first point of contact across phone, face-to-face, email and online channels, delivering excellent customer service and accurate information while
