Job summary

PHE International Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Abbotsford, Melbourne. You’ll be the voice for customers across phone, email, and live chat, processing orders and returns, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve enquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will build strong product knowledge, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with a solutions-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, administration, reception, or customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly, stay organised, learn quickly, and take ownership.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Building strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers
• Processing phone orders and returns
• Conducting product testing and completing fraud-prevention checks in line with internal processes
• Collaborating with our warehouse, marketing, and digital teams to resolve customer enquiries and keep orders moving
• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience
