Dyno Nobel Limited in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Relations Consultant to join the Customer Relations Team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers in a high-volume transactional environment, coordinate the end-to-end order-to-invoice process, and partner with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.

• Experience in customer service, business administration or supply chain.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with accuracy.
• Proficient in SAP systems and MS 365 applications.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for customers in a high-volume transactional environment and coordinate end-to-end order-to-invoice process.
• Efficiently manage a high volume of customer orders, inquiries and transactions while maintaining service quality.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners across allocated portfolio.
• Complete timely processing of all transactional documentation in line with business controls.
• Support CRC professionals and assist with day-to-day workload prioritisation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to ensure order accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
