Job summary

Dyno Nobel Limited, based at our Fortitude Valley head office in Brisbane, is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the Key Account Manager in developing and executing customer relationship and commercial strategies across a portfolio of key accounts.

You will handle day-to-day customer engagement, commercial analysis, contract administration, pricing, forecasting and invoicing, translating customer requirements into clear priorities for operations, supply chain, finance and technical teams,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing commercial roles.
• Ability to interpret contracts and support commercial arrangements.
• Strong analytical, financial and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day customer engagement and commercial analysis.
• Administer contracts, variations, renewals and pricing processes.
• Provide financial analysis, commercial models and KPI reporting.
• Support forecasting, invoicing, accruals and contract-level reporting.
• Coordinate customer requirements across operations and support teams.
• Identify and help resolve customer service, supply and contract issues.
