Job summary

Dyno Nobel Limited in Perth seeks an Account Specialist to support the Key Account Manager in developing and executing customer relationships and commercial strategies across a portfolio of key accounts. The role includes pricing, forecasting, invoicing and contract administration, with coordination across operations, finance and technical teams.

You will engage with customers, translate requirements into priorities and contribute to reports, analyses and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and coordination experience in a customer-focused or commercial environment.
• Excellent analytical capability with financial acumen and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, charts, graphics, formulas).
• Experience with pricing, forecasting, invoicing and handling commercial information.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Key Account Manager with day-to-day customer and commercial activities.
• Coordinate customer requirements across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Technical teams.
• Manage pricing, quotes, contracts, invoicing, claims and commercial documentation.
• Monitor forecasts, customer volumes, profitability and contract performance.
• Prepare reports, commercial analysis, presentations and customer information.
• Respond to customer queries and help resolve service, supply and commercial issues.
• Maintain customer records, action registers and compliance documentation.
• Advocate for customers and influence stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the customer and the business.
