Credit Corp is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to contact customers with overdue accounts, understand circumstances, and negotiate repayments. Qualifications

• No collections experience required; drive and ability to connect with people.
• Experience in customer service or a customer-focused environment (e.g., contact centres, retail, hospitality or sales).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Solutions-focused mindset and ability to understand individual circumstances.
• Comfort with using technology and learning new systems.

Responsabilités

• Contact and relocate customers to establish communication, investigate outstanding balances and understand their circumstances
• Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and empathetic conversations
• Analyse account information to identify the most appropriate resolution strategy
• Contribute to team performance by achieving targets and delivering positive customer outcomes
