Credit Corp is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager in Brisbane's West End/South Brisbane area. You will contact customers with overdue accounts, understand their circumstances and negotiate repayments in a supportive, solutions-focused way.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with training and a pathway to Cert III in Financial Services, plus a range of bonuses and hybrid work options. Backed by award-winning training and a collaborative team, you will build financial services skills

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or contact centres is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations.
• Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to understand individual circumstances and identify positive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Contact and relocate customers to establish communication, investigate outstanding balances and understand their circumstances
• Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements that align with customer needs and business objectives
• Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and empathetic conversations
• Analyse account information to identify the most appropriate resolution strategy
• Contribute to team performance by achieving targets and delivering positive customer outcomes
