Job summary

Credit Corp Solutions Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager in South Brisbane to contact customers with overdue accounts, understand their circumstances and negotiate repayments.

You will develop strong communication and problem-solving skills, with supported training and a clear path for progression. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:00pm), no weekends, full training, and the opportunity to earn a nationally recognised Cert III in Financial Services.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, contact centres, retail or hospitality
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Solutions-focused mindset to understand circumstances and identify positive outcomes
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems

Responsibilities

• Contact and relocate customers to establish communication, investigate outstanding balances and understand their circumstances
• Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements that align with customer needs and business objectives
• Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and empathetic conversations
• Analyse account information to identify the most appropriate resolution strategy
• Contribute to team performance by achieving targets and delivering positive customer outcomes
