Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager in Australia to contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate repayments. You will develop communication and negotiation skills within a supportive training program, with clear paths to long-term career progression.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:00pm), a hybrid office/WFH arrangement after six months, and bonuses plus incentives as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Contact and relocate customers to establish communication and understand circumstances (overdue accounts).
• Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Build trust and rapport through professional conversations.
• Analyse account information to identify suitable resolution strategies.
• Contribute to team targets and positive customer outcomes.
