The Good Guys is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and deliver an outstanding sales-focused experience to customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle daily administration, cash handling, multi-channel fulfilment, and responsive service across in-store and online channels.
