Job summary

The Good Guys is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and drive a sales-focused culture. This role involves handling cash, managing store fulfilment across channels, resolving customer queries, and delivering excellent service.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will contribute to inventory management, promotional activities, and the overall The Good Guys brand experience while participating in development opportunities and hybrid working where eligible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
• Handle cash and tendering transactions with accuracy.

• Manage store enquiries by telephone and in person.
• Support marketing and promotional activities and contribute to profitability.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent store and channel experience.
• Enhance product knowledge through available training and development opportunities.
