The Good Guys is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support in-store operations and deliver excellent customer experiences across our retail channels. You will handle transactions, assist customers, and contribute to stock control and store presentation.

• Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
• Cash handling and tendering transactions.
• Store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
• Telephone management and enquiries.
• Marketing and promotional activity.
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses.
• Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent store and channel experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
• Contribute to brand and store presentation through merchandising and in-store marketing.
