Job summary

QBE Insurance Group in Parramatta seeks a Customer Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver education programs for workers’ compensation customers, brokers and claims teams.

You’ll create content on legislative changes, trends and industry issues, run workshops and webinars, and collaborate with Client Relationship Management, Risk Solutions and Broker teams to lift adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering customer education and engagement programs.
• Background in customer relationship management, business development, or other customer-facing roles.
• Experience in workers' compensation, insurance, risk, claims, or financial services is advantageous.

• Develop content on legislative changes, claims trends, and emerging industry issues to build customer capability.
