Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Melbourne, Australia, to deliver exceptional service via phone, email and SMS. You will handle orders, payments and inquiries, coordinate with operations and freight partners, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires empathy, accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work in a hybrid setup with two days per week from home, enjoy onsite parking, and participate in a birthday leave program along with regular salary

Responsibilities

• Process orders, payments and account inquiries accurately.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries with timely updates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics and freight partners to support orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks.
• Manage enquiries through shared email systems and support order investigations.
• Assist with website enquiries and product fault investigations.
