Job summary

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Program Officer for Continuing Professional Development. You will support CPD products, administer CPD activities, respond to member queries, and collaborate with committees and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality CPD programs.

You will develop communications, manage content development, and contribute to program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must have tertiary qualification or demonstrated experience in communications, education, research or medical education.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Experience working with health or medical education programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for the CPD program and promote CPD products and services.
• Administer CPD activities in line with the CPD year requirements and maintain records.
• Respond to member and stakeholder inquiries and log issues.
• Coordinate with committees, working groups and subject matter experts including drafting agendas and minutes.
• Support continuous improvement of CPD processes for consistent outcomes.
• Manage content production and development schedules for CPD resources.
• Conduct research and literature reviews to inform program requirements.
• Collaborate with programme partners to deliver content effectively.
• Contribute to the design and build phase of CPD content and resources.
