Job summary

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) invites a Program Officer to support Continuing Professional Development (CPD). You will coordinate CPD programs, liaise with committees, and ensure timely delivery of educational activities that enhance physicians’ practice.

Work in a collaborative, hybrid environment with emphasis on stakeholder engagement, quality and compliance. Develop resources, manage audits, and contribute to continuous improvement across the CPD program.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in communications, education, research, medical education, e-learning or health.
• Strong verbal communication skills (oral) and written communication.
• Analytical and information-literacy capabilities.
• Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently under broad direction and within a team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
• Experience understanding SLAs and meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for CPD programs and promote CPD products/services.
• Administer CPD activities according to the CPD year, including incompletes, audits, support calls, and verified activities.
• Respond to inbound queries from members and stakeholders; log issues.
• Collaborate with committees and subject-matter experts; draft agendas/minutes and activity plans.
• Support process improvements to achieve consistent CPD program outcomes.
• Coordinate content production and broader resource development schedules.
• Conduct research, industry scans and literature reviews to inform CPD requirements.
• Collaborate with program team and partners to improve and deliver CPD.
• Assist during design and build phases of CPD content and resources.
